Terms of Service

Simplified Terms:

  1. Payment for services is due in full before any work is done.
    • Payment is by credit card through Square or through Paypal. Once your preferred method is known, an invoice will be sent to your email.
  2. Turnaround times depend on the type of work being commissioned and my current workload. Please expect one week minimum.
  3. No refunds once work has been started. Refunds are only permitted if the project has not been started.
  4. Minor edits are permitted up to 30 days after work has been finished.
    • After 30 days there will be a small fee for any editing. Fees depend on the amount of edits needed to be done.
  5. All graphic and art work is for personal use and not for commercial usage unless commercial rights are purchased.
  6. I, the artist, retain all creative rights to all work produced.
  7. I occasionally share my works in progress, including livestreaming. All commissions will be considered able to be shared unless otherwise specified. Please indicate if your commission is a gift or is otherwise to be kept private.
  8. Due to life obligations I am unable to work or answer correspondence on weekends.
